RESTORING A BUILDING TO RESTORE PEOPLE
An old building that will be revitalised while preserving its architectural and historical value. Almost 2000 square metres of usable space, with potential for expansion. Located in the historic city centre, in a quiet prestigious area. Nearby are 2 of the city's best and most inclusive parks, a river and a boat station. The building is planned to be fully accessible to people with disabilities, including a lift and a specially equipped swimming pool.
